Community Healthy Food Coordinator - Location: Communities for Healthy Food Hub
Minium of Associate's Degree in Community Health Education, Nutrition Education, Human Services, Social Services or related fields, or 1-2 years of related experience. Demonstrates interest in, and knowledge of, food issues as related to healthy and low-income communities. Director of Social Services - Location: WHGA
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Psychology, or a Human Services field, or equivalent college number of years of experience with a client base of 1,000+. Knowledge of community resources and linkage and the ability to establish successful partnerships. Experience working with diverse high need/high risk client base. Director of Property Management - Location: WHGA
College degree and 5 years of experience working in Property Management and supervising property managers. New York State Low Income Tax Credit and RAM Certification is required. Bilingual Senior Case Manager - Location: West Harlem Residence
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services is required and at least 5 years of Case Management and housing/entitlement experience. Jr. Project Manager in Contract Compliance Department - Location: WHGA
Bachelor's Degree is required with 2-3 years of administrative or project management experience. Must have excellent oral communication and writing skills. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work load to meet strict deadlines. Computer literacy in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint to complete and manage projects.
