Ms. IIena DeLaRosa, Chairperson joined the WHGA board in 2010. She is a local Harlem resident and an attorney.

Ms. Lenore Brown, Vice Chair joined the WHGA board in 2010. She is a local Harlem resident and an attorney.

Ms. Genevieve Outlaw, Secretary has served on the WHGA board of directors for over 15 years. Ms. Outlaw is a Housing Coordinator and an affordable housing activist. She is the chairperson of her cooperative building and assists other coops with their fiscal management and governance procedures.

Ms. Diane Ince, Treasurer has served on WHGA’s board for over 30 years. She is a retired property manager, coordinating building services for low and moderate-income tenants. Ms. Ince is a local Harlem resident and homeowner and has worked as an activist to bring quality housing and social services to the Harlem community. She also coordinates summer activities for local youth.

Mr. Courtney Bennett, Board Member. Mr. Bennett has served on WHGA’s board since 2002 and has worked in Harlem for many years.
