Property Manager – Location: WHGA

QUALIFICATIONS– High School graduate, college degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience working in Property Management. New York State Low Income Tax Credit and RAM Certification is required. Bilingual Skills (English/Spanish a plus). Click here for more information.

 

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Location: WHGA

POSITION SUMMARY: The Chief Financial Officer, (CFO), reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for the safeguarding of the Agency’s assets and the financial stability of West Harlem Group Assistance, Inc. (WHGA) as a whole. The Chief Financial Officer oversees all budgeting, financial reports and other financial functions of the various non-profit enterprises. The Chief Financial Officer further coordinates the day to day financial operations for West Harlem Group Assistance’s affiliates and ensures contractual compliance to all programs and is responsible for the implementation of both short and long term goals of the Organization.

QUALIFICATIONS– : Public accounting background a must, CPA, minimum 10 years experience in public/non profit accounting, analytical and management skills, verbal and written communication skills, prior financial management experience, understanding of government programs, knowledge of IRS compliance. Salary is commensurate with experience. Please note salary expectations in your cover letter.
