Administrative Assistant - WHGA Maintenance Department

Social Worker - OMH Marguerite Wilkes
MSW required (license preferred) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with responsibility working with mentally ill or homeless individuals with dual diagnosis. Also, 3 to 5 years of experience in the following items; crisis intervention skills and knowledge of DHS, OMH, DOHMH regulations highly preferred, knowledge of NYC housing services, program and benefits preferred, knowledge of DSM-V and strengths-based perspective highly preferred and experience in SMI setting, congregate or shelter strongly desired. Computer literacy in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required. Must possess strong clinical writing and oratory skills. Knowledge of AWARDS/CARES/ETA preferred. Security Guard - Location: Convent Avenue Family Living Center
HS Diploma or GED is required. New York State Guard License is also required. At least 1 year or more of experience working in security or law enforcement. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and two years of relevant experience. Bilingual Case Manager - Location: West Harlem Residence
BA/BS of Social Work Degree, Human Services or Public Health Administration with 3 to 5 years of prior experience in case work, community service, or social planning with a Social Services agency. Experience in community organization, group work or working with the homeless population preferred. Experience in the use of DHS – CARES database system. Workforce Specialist - Location: Randolph Houses
MSW or Master's Degree with a focus in Education, Rehabilitation Counseling or Human Services is strongly preferred; Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience of Master of Social Work Degree or Public Health Administration and 5 years of workforce development or related field is required. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent writing ability, demonstrated organizational skills. Experience with evidence-based practices preferred. Bilingual Senior Case Manager/ Housing Compliance Specialist - Location: West Harlem Residence
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services is required and at least 5 years of Case Management and housing/entitlement experience. Bachelor's Degree is required with 2-3 years of administrative or project management experience. Must have excellent oral communication and writing skills.
